The food here was decent, standard pub fare. I had sweet potato fries, shrimp and a flatbread. The shrimp were bland and needed more seasoning. The flatbread should have been crispier. Overall, it’s a convenient spot to visit if you’re headed to the Opera House, but nothing special.

Great weekend brunch. Sat at the big window at the front one day with a friend. Enjoying our brunch. Vagabond walks by and grabs the hot sauce I was raving about right off of the counter and takes off with it! The only thing funnier was trying to explain to the server what happened and that I didn’t steal it! Food was good. Nice selection of ‘hangover cure type drinks’. i.e. Bloody Cesar’s and whatnot. To get your day going. The only thing if you want to get picky, (aside from no paper napkins) is the sink in the WC is so shallow, it’s difficult to clean your hands under the tap without scrubbing the bottom of the tub.

After years of walking right past it, we finally decided to have brunch here today. The space is large, with two sides, and the place was hopping. Loved their music choices. The menu was large, with many options, and some pretty original dishes. I have The Fry, basically a breakfast, with some additions. LOVED the mushrooms. And the potatoes. My husband had the waffle with bison and chorizo chile. It was also very good. The only problem was, we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food, and that was pushing it. The price point is not inexpensive, and this is an experienced restaurant, so barring any kitchen absences, there really is no excuse for that.

It’s my local go to bar for food. I love the atmosphere and people. Always have friendly service. Highly recommend the flat breads, chicken lollipops and macaroni and cheese. The only down side is it’s usually busy and hard to find a table. The staff always tries their hardest to find you one though.

Quaint place …I ordered the Smoked half Ribs and Half beer can chicken which came with a twice baked potato( no bacon bits ..score !) a delicious jalapeo biscuit and an average slaw…The flavors came together quite well and the service was good at the bar.Interesting menu!! I’d definitely go.back to try the other dishes.

The Egg Experience. I’ve been there 3 times and the last time was the last time. I went first on my own for brunch and ordered the eggs benny. Now by the time I got them to my table they we’re already busted up, not impressed and I’ve had many of these and never had this experience anywhere else. The last time I went back for breakfast was when I decided this is it. I ordered the regular breakfast and asked for my eggs to be sunny side up. I’m not opposed to runny eggs – back to my benny experience, but this plate was disgusting. The eggs did not even look like they had been in pan and it was not very pleasing at all. I will leave it at that!Given I have given this spot a few chances now, I think thee are better options then this to be quite frank.
