I was surprised to find this place in the middle of Greektown. We had a variety of dishes that night and even though the dish look small, it was quite filling! Beware, the beef vindaloo is super spicy! I can usually take spice but this was a bit too much. Unfortunately, they only had 2 servers for the whole restaurant so service was slow. I wouldn’t trek back to Greektown for this restaurant but if you craving Indian food and are in the area, I would give it a try!

Really nice looking restaurant. Very nice for dates. Tikka Masala was spicy enough to make me sweat but the flavour so incredible it was worth it. Great service. My fianc has been here twice as well. Loves it!

Don’t bother with a visit. My family has been coming here for years, first at the original location and now the new one. Last night we had the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The restaurant was busy enough for a Friday night, but there were still a few empty tables. We ordered a few beers, some pakoras, sizzling chicken, daal and naans. The waiter asked if we wanted the appetiser to come out first. We said yes, but nothing came out for an entire hour. The wait staff didn’t bother checking up on us for the entire duration. No filling up our water glasses. Nothing. And then all we got was lukewarm chicken. No naans, no second dish. No pakoras. As we were hungry, we ate the chicken alone. Still nothing came out. We had to cancel the rest of our order, and request the bill. The waiter was apologetic, but there was no offer of comping anything on the bill or a promise of better service or a discount in the future. Would never eat there again. Would also not recommend it to anyone in the future. Years of trust broken in just one night.
