Ordered delivery of their roast lamb main, on a cold, holiday Monday. Though they were busy and warned that my order might take up to 45 minutes, my meal arrived, hot and fresh, delivered by a friendly delivery driver, in much less time. The meal was satisfying, comfort food–sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
It was an exquisite evening. We had interesting and creative fish dinner. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going again.
Had lunch, was incredibly filling for the $11 I paid. will definitely be returning on my lunch breaks since i work just down the street. i recommend this place.
it was my first time being here at The Friendly Greek. My friend recommended it to me and i was very surprised how the food and service was. Food was really good and was like true authentic greek food and the staff was really kind and helpfulWill definitely going to be heading back to the friendly green on the danforth!
Don’t Eat Here!!. Boring, very ho-hum and l’d go so far as to say a waste of money. Starter salad was limp iceberg lettuce, onions, with an olive on top and sprinkled with white powder cheese. French fries were commercial frozen type, unexciting… vegetables were mushy (broccoli, cauliflower) but sliced carrots were ok. First time visit but will be my last. This restaurant has no ambiance at all, it was cold and it was actually a relief to leave!
We came only for a light meal but felt staff were dissappointed by us only ordering 2 starters. Then we felt as if staff were constantly oogling our way (more tha the required check to see that we’re OK). The calamari, however, was very generous and possibly the best we’ve had in Toronto. But I will rather try Mr Greek next time…
What a Let Down!. On my way to the bathroom and my feet were sticking to the floor I should have cancelled my ordered. When the floors are that disgusting you should know what the unseen parts look like.If your going to use disgusting cucumbers, cut out the soggy damaged parts at least, don’t add it to the salad.Im not greek, I make better greek food. For the price and taste, your better off with some place like mr greek express or likely any other place on the street.Waist of money. Its been 4 hours and if you could hear my stomach, it’s not happy at all. If i end up sick for the weekend I will be pissed.
