My boyfriend and I came here for brunch today and we left happy and full. The stuffed french toast was a natural wonder it was amazing. My waitress was extremely kind and caring and quick with service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Not a good experience. Not only were they out of everything on the menu, but the owner Paul (old man in suit) was extremely aggressive and made our party feel uncomfortable to the point where we left without finishing our orders. Our experience left us all feeling a very, very uneasy.
Heed the caution offered by other reviews and steer clear… our afternoon was momentarily derailed by their bad attitude and bad service. Leslieville is a foodie mecca that I don’t imagine will tolerate this low caliber of service.
I love YAYA! Everytime that I have been for brunch, I’ve had an excellent experience. The service was fast a friendly and they have a menu with something for everyone. I also appreciate the fact that many of their items are gluten-free, vegetarian or can even be made vegan.
Fresh food and excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful experience. My favourite dish is the Avocado Benedict. They even have a secret menu ask for the Vegan Benedict.
Complained about the potatoes that tasted old and was told to NEVER COME BACK. The owner/wait staff has/have an attitude problem and speak rudely to customers. I will NEVER RETURN. One star for not making me pay for a crappy meal.
I’ve been here 3 times now and every time the service and food was great! I can’t have gluten and have found their menu to be very accommodating. My favourite dish so far is the avocado eggs benny – delicious! I have a hearty appetite and often leave restaurants still a bit hungry but never here. The food is fresh, different and delicious. The last time I was here was to celebrate my birthday and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I am very pleased that they are just down the street from my office, as there aren’t a lot of other healthy options for me in walking distance. I will be definitely be back again and again.
