Came on a Friday night and had dinner – burger with buffalo wings on top of it: and a side of tater tots. Was actually impressed with the taste and portion size. Was with friends and paid $30 to see a magic show. We were pleasantly surprised by the show and it came with unlimited video games and 60 credits for ticket games. Will definitely come back!!
FOOD: We had come here on a Saturday evening at around 6:00 pm for dinner, then games afterwards. I had ordered The Philly Cheesesteak, with a side of Sweet Potato Fries. I had told the server that I didn’t want any onions, mushrooms, or green peppers, only the cheese and the meat. He said this was okay, and took my order. When my order arrived, it was loaded with onions, mushrooms, and green peppers, what I had asked them not to put on. I told the waitress that had given me my meal that I had asked to not have onions, mushrooms, and green peppers on my sandwich. She then took it back, and left the Sweet Potato Fries with me. I was very disappointed with the Sweet Potato Fries; they were hardly crunchy (as they should be), and there was no dipping sauce that came with it (which is what usually happens at other restaurants). When my Philly Cheesesteak returned, I was very disappointed to see how mangled and horrible it looked. They had only taken out the onion, mushrooms, and green peppers, they didn’t even bother to make a new one. The result was a sloppy sandwich, with sagging bread that was broken in many pieces. It was the worst sandwich I had ever seen, and it tasted even worse. I was VERY disappointed with how horrible the food tasted at this location, I will never again eat here, and would recommend that you not eat here either, it’s a waste of money. ATMOSPHERE:The restaurant portion of the centre wasn’t too packed when we had arrived therefore, we were able to get a table near all of the big-screen TVs beside the main playing area. The seating area was comfortable, with lots of room however, it was hard to hear our server as the music was a bit too loud, and it was a large table, so he had to talk at the front of the table (I was at the end of the table on the other side). I found the atmosphere to be exciting, and there were a lot of interesting drinks with cute animals on them which I found nice to look at. Overall though, the atmosphere was a bit too loud for my taste.SERVICE:We were served by a younger gentleman that took all of our orders, and answered all of our questions when we had asked them. He was very patient as we all placed our orders, I appreciated that. However, when my order was incorrect, he didn’t come over and apologize to me, nor did he offer for the kitchen to make another one. The server who brought me my meal didn’t bother to apologize, and seemed as though it was a bother to bring my meal back. The service was definitely hit and miss throughout the evening however, it was generally tolerable.COST:1 Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich (With Sweet Potato Fries): Around $15.00WOULD YOU RETURN?To eat, not a chance; the worst food I have ever tasted, along with service that could have been better at times.
