Kerr street cafe offers really smooth coffee and great breakfast choices. Service is wonderful, though finding a Parking spot can be a challenge over the weekend. My recommendation is Kerr street special breakfast i.e. If you wanna have a full breakfast
Stop here for coffee sandwiches etc. Nice folks good service, good food. Street parking can be scarce sometimes. Like that you get water at your table without having to ask.
Good food, mediocre service. This was our first time here and upon walking in we were delighted by the ambiance. It’s bright and welcoming. We were told to seat ourselves and waited for 5 or 6 minutes before one of the many servers brought us a menu and told us to go up to the cash to order.I had the eggs Benedict, which were great but the side tomato salad was very small (4 cherry tomato halves). My companion ordered the big breakfast which again was good, but only came with one piece of toast – he likes to dip it in his egg and felt deprived. For a breakfast place it seemed silly that all of these servers walking around do not offer refills on drinks, or ask how things are. Additionally, the staff should inquire if the guest has been there before so they can explain how it works. When going out to eat I don’t want to get up in the middle of my meal, let it get cold, to get an additional drink.
Great coffee and nice ambiance – we didn’t try the food though. I had a flat white and enjoyed it very much. My companions had a black coffee and an iced latte and enjoyed their coffees as well. Really liked that the barista seemed really knowledgeable about coffee, and that they roast their own beans. We’ll definitely be back!
By far the best cafe in Oakville. I’ve been eating here since it opened. If you like good well prepared food with a creative modern twist you’ll love it. There are staples that are always available plus a wonderful array of sumptuous salads. The coffee is divine- ask for a flat white and you’ll now you are in heaven. Service is always friendly, but you need to go up to the cash to order. Kids are more than welcome at this eatery. Finally, if you need to pick up a meal they have a frozen section plus they cater.
I love this cafe!. Great fresh food for reasonable prices and the menu is updated often. I find the staff incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. It is a cafe and not a restaurant so large party seating is a no-go but it’s a perfect place for a nice lunch.
Kerr street cafe.. Nice little cafe for breakfast and lunch. Their big breakfast is unique and comes with roast potatoes, tomato, chorizo and button mushrooms. They skimp on portions considering how much you pay ($15) I like this place a lot but the prices bother me. It’s a really nice place to sit for a while and have coffee, though that is expensive too. $2.50 for a regular coffee which comes in a good sized mug, but if you wanted an iced coffee it’s $4 and the size of the cup shrinks..
