Wow. I don’t know where to begin. Miso Restaurant? How do you people even run a business? Owner, Fiona is completely psychotic and RUDE?! How can you treat your customers with such DISRESPECT. I have never encountered such a horrible horrible situation. If a customer doesn’t like what they ordered BECAUSE it was A.) FISHY B.) NOT COOKED PROPERLY C.) COLD you should at least say sorry for the inconvenience and offer something else or at least take it off the bill. All she does it yell at you and straight off the bat gets defensive… for no reason? Another waitress was actually taking our order and at least she was saying sorry but Fiona had to yell at our face and saying our taste buds were off.. Not only was she rude to us, but super rude to her employees. I saw her yelling and being completely bizarre in front of so many people within the restaurant. Also, I noticed how unsanitary this place is. I saw so many fruit flies just flying around their back kitchen when I came through the back door entrance with my husband. We noticed how a YOUNG girl was doing all the dishes is that even legal? She looked so young !? Anyways, all the reviews here I think is completely off. People. I would not recommend this place. People also get sick here eating their food (reading from other reviews…).
Though the food is not too bad, the owner’s perverse behaviour really ruins this place. She messed up our order and when we brought it to her attention, she screamed at us in the middle of the restaurant and told us that it was our fault. Then we pointed out clearly where and how she screwed up, and then she screamed at her staff, when she was the one who took our order. We were shocked and dismayed by this behaviour and will never return again. After viewing other reviews online, we realize that this behaviour is quite normal and we heard some similar things from other patrons. Nevertheless, her horrible behaviour should not be supported in this wonderful area! There are plenty of better restaurants nearby to eat at; don’t waste your time here!
