Not what I expected given the location and suggested menu items. The $40 we spent on take out was thrown away. Carrots were the overwhelming ingredient in the pad Thai with an unidentifiable flavour throughout. The ribs were inedible. The egg rolls are very small and filled with something dry and sweet . Overall a solid 1 out of 10. Thank goodness I have some wine to drown the experience…

Good Canadian Chinese Food!. Haven’t dined in but had takeout. The food was exactly what you’d except for typical Canadian Chinese food and that’s a good thing. Sometimes you want chicken balls in orange sauce. Excellent egg rolls. Reasonably priced as well.
I order from Oaks Gardens everytime I want Chinese food and they always come through with great food!
In Oakville since 1975. For chinese take-out this place is always reliable. Consistently tasty and they always use good cuts of meat – chicken breast in everything! The orange chicken (sweet) is delish! And the portions are huge – and they’re not stingy (ie. always loads of shrimps in the fried rice!). We’ve never sat in, only always done take-out or delivery. Inexpensive and yummy!
