STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was refused to be served for bringing my son in a stroller. The place was completely deserted. I explained that my son was sleeping in the stroller so I couldn’t leave it outside. In response, the female server went to the owner and right in front of me started telling him that I was being extremely rude, swearing at her, and refusing to follow rules. Needless to say, I was in shock of the behaviour and the lies the staffer had just told about me. Even more shocking was that the owner took her side, and said that they won’t serve me with a stroller. Just what a new mother needs!

The Crepe Kitchen is without a doubt the best breakfast establishment that I have visited in quite some time. As a privately owned restaurant, my friends and I take it upon ourselves to visit every Sunday. Not only is this a great place for us catch up with our friends that we have not seen all week, but the selection and quality of the food is incredible.
The Crepe Kitchen was a wondeeful experience. The food was made fast and fresh and the service was amazing. The owners were really nice and always come by to see how we were doing. I recommend this small restaurant to anyone. It was delicious and im definitely going back.
The food is fantastic, the service is absolutly horrible. Be careful if you complain about ANYTHING. The owner is unpredictible and a bit crazy. Seems to have an anger issue
Like it!. I live in Oakville for the last 8 years and was coming to Crepe Kitchen since they open their doors about 4 years ago, my family and I always feel very welcome there and always have a great meal. I advise do not pay attention to negative reviews from my experience they come from arrogant and well simply people that do not have manners but do not want to admit it. Anna and Eduardo (wife and husband that own the place) are wonderful and very professional. The place is small and they have limited number of tables so they ALWAYS serve customers on first come first serve base so it is quite reasonable to expect to WAIT for your turn to be seated and to be served. Some times it is over crowded but I guess it is a GOOD sign for a restaurant don’t you think?By the way my favourite menu item is Very French crepe (lemon juice and sugar yammy!)
Good food, horrible customer service. I politely said to the kitchen person that the food was excellent but the service was horrible and she, someone else from the kitchen and who appears to be the owner yelled at me for saying that. He then followed me to the street and in a very aggressive demeanor told me not to ever come back to the restaurant!!!! wow! this happened on Father’s day in front of our 3, 5 and 6 year old girls and wife!!
