Planned a Communion Party for 4 pm April 29th, 2018. Was Assured by Linda their Dining Room Manager that our Party of tables with the flowers, balloons, and cake would be set up for our arrival. We arrived at the Scheduled time. Entire Party was unable to be seated for one hour. The other party was running late and there was nothing they could do. We had to suggest seating us in another section of the restaurant reluctantly. What a disappointment!Finally, tables were set up after 1:45 mins. We ended up having to help, the staff set up tables so our guests were not kept waiting any longer.Food was good. We brought our own cake, they cut our cake and the threw out the Communion Cross. Which was the reason why we were at the restaurant?Poor Service overall. Had 23 adults and 8 kids. They are unable to support parties. This restaurant was recommended by a Corp Business Partner. What a letdown.Even when you book, pre-pay – there is no recovery strategy. Be cautious.Food was good overall, the wait staff was nice. Managment is unable to handle supporting the customer.Although your customer won’t love you for the bad service. It will reach 3 x times as many ears. As the phrase for good service!
