Tasted good, made me violently ill for the last 24 hours…I should have known when I saw the guy working the cash, wipe his nose with this hand and continue to grab cutlery with the same hand and put it in people take out orders.

Been here on 2 occasions but the 2nd time has turned me off indefinitely it’s a shame as the food is not bad. The high maintenance female at the front chats to the younger male employee instead of doing her job. They have no regard for cleaning the empty tables till the last minute and dirty dishes were pilled near the garbage not to mention the salmon is frozen so why offer it??

Working in the plaza so I came here for lunch. They have 5 lunch specials to choose from. I got the tandoori chicken meal. Comes with rice, salad and a pop or water. Waited about 5-10 minutes and then a heaping plate of food came out. Everything was fresh and delicious. For $10 I’m leaving very satisfied and my belly is full!!

At Afghan Kebob ordered the salmon dinner. Salmon portion was rather small and a little dry. Pitas didn’t seem as fresh either. We’ve been to a couple other afghan places and Watan Kabob and Naan & Kabob seem much more fresh and tasty, with larger protein portions.

Afghan Kebob serves some pretty great food. I visited once years ago and then went back sometime last week. It’s pretty heavy but the meat is well flavoured and comes in great quantities. It’s not the most tender but for the price, I’m not complaining. We ordered the Shami Kebob w/ rice & the Sultan kebob w/ naan. I wished I had tried some of their chicken, but I didn’t have the physical capacity. The woman who worked there was very kind and conversational. herestomytwenties.com
