We had a bad experience with this resto, the people works here are rude and ignorance, no class and doesn’t know how to please their customers and their washroom for men was out of order the time we were there for the ladies was dirty also, and they will forced you to give tip even though they don’t deserve it because of their poor service. Too expensive to eat here not even worth it!!! Our first and last to eat here.
Forced Tip?. Went in for AYCE. The meat wasn’t greasy or unctuous, which I appreciated, but the taste was rather lacking. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, perfect for an intimate gathering. However, the quality of the service is volatile. Most of the servers can’t speak English to save their lives, and sometimes, this poses a problem if the order is communicated wrong (I had a server whom I had to repeat my order thrice before they understood, and even then they brought the wrong dish). Moreover, there aren’t enough servers which can be a huge hassle if you’re trying to get assistance. Even on an evening when the restaurant is packed, you can expect to see only a maximum of two servers bussing around fifty or more tables. It’s ridiculous. The manager woman is such a displeasing sight. She’s insufferable, bossing around the already heavily burdened servers. At the end of the dinner, I paid for my meal by cash and was surprised to have the bill tray given back to me. The server demanded that I pay tip and I was flabbergasted. I mean, giving tip is a VOLUNTARY action and I usually like to give generous tips if the service was great–in this case, the service was subpar and hardly worth an extra cent. Needless to say, this demand to pay tip for service I didn’t even enjoy was infuriating.
The Best food ever. This barbecue serves the best food ever! I love all of their meat. It all tastes super good. This is the only restaurant I have ever been to where I enjoyed almost everything on their menu! the only thing I didn’t like was the mussels but that is not the restaurant’s fault – it’s simply because I don’t enjoy the taste of mussels and the reason I didn’t like it was because it was the only thing on their menu that didn’t have the special seasoning on it. You are usually seated in 1 minute after entering the restaurant. I have never had to wait eve once. The only room for improvement is the price.
Is this a North Korean BBQ????. Went to Arirang for a family dinner for 9. Made reservations a head of time for Korean bbq. Initially we were all seated together, but when they discovered, that only two of the nine guests wanted the all you can eat BBQ option, they had the two people sit together, and then moved them across the floor saying that the BBQ at the table they were sitting at did not work properly. So the dinner party is officially split up. About 10 min past and other customers are seated at the table where they claimed the BBQ did not work properly enjoying the BBQ option without any BBQ problems.Spoke with the lady who was the owner, and she said they separated the party because they didn’t want people passing BBQ meats down to others to try or sample. Never in my life have a been to a restaurant where you are not allowed to share/sample food with family and friends that you are paying for. Food was mediocre at best and definitely would not recommend to friends or worst enemies. Not worth the money or the gas to make the trip.
Got seated pretty fast for dinner ayce. First thing I noticed was a bunch of people that dine and dash… bad sign. Food was alright but for the price i paid $23.99, it was definitely not worth it. Did not come with anything out of the ordinary for side dishes. It was just overpriced medicore food. If you want ayce kbbq in mississauga, the best place is seoul house. ( couple mins south of square one) Way better selection for it’s price and better atmosphere unless you like to walk into a smoke cloud entering arirang.
The food was great however the servers are VERY RUDE. They have very poor customer service and always demands for tips. I always give tips but I find it very unprofessional to ask for it. I came with a big group during my last visit there and the server asked my friend to give $30 tip because their staff was not happy that we came in a big group. Wow. I’m never going back there again.
