We hosted my 40th bday at &Company with about 100 guests for dinner followed by dancing in a private room upstairs with our own DJ. We also had access to all their AV equipment and sound. As guests entered, a slide show was running on the T.V.’s. During the dinner, we had presentations featured on the LCD projector. The service manager, Diego, is outstanding. Of course, with such a large crowd, there are bound to be a few small hiccups in the evening. What matters is the way in which those issues are resolved. Diego handled everything with efficiency, calmness, and class. Not once did he make excuses for anything. His goal was always to resolve the matter. He is outstanding at what he does and I cannot say enough about him without this turning into a 20 page essay. I received numerous compliments from my guests regarding the waiting staff and how friendly they were. I did not ask my guests for feedback – their compliments were unsolicited. As well, there were a plethora of compliments regarding the food!! We went with the prix fixe dinner. From the starters to dessert it was all incredible. Again, these compliments were unsolicited. My family and friends loved the food and to prepare such a large quantity of the same dishes and not sacrifice the quality of taste is admirable. I have been to many large events (weddings, work events, etc) and the food is usually mediocre. Here, the food was far from mediocre – it was incredible.

If you are deciding whether to come and eat here then well don’t… I came here for a birthday and we had a table to eat at before the dining area turns into a dance floor later at night. Doing what I usually do before I go eat somewhere new, I looked at the menu online and there wasn’t too much to pick from when it came to main courses. I decided to just have a light dinner at home and munch on some appetizers when I got here which is what I did and everyone else did. I’m glad I did too because the appetizer portions are pretty small and not cheap. We ordered sliders, nachos and spring rolls and the sliders were probably the most memorable. &Co isn’t known as a place to eat, it’s just there because when you drink, you get hungry. I wouldn’t recommend..UPDATE: I came here again on Feb 27th 2016 and again the food was not exciting. Really overpriced with small portions. From our big group a lot of people did not know what to get. The calamari was mediocre and the nachos were good.. But they give you 9 chips filled with pulled pork for $15. Again glad I ate before I came. We asked for our bill and it took forever to pay. Seriously like an hour later.. Really slow. Also, the washrooms were disgusting. One of the sinks of the washrooms wasn’t working, one toilet was overflowing and another had a basket with puke in it.. And this was at around 8pm so really early on in the night clearly not cleaned up from the night before? I’m glad I didn’t pay cover to get in. Really didn’t enjoy myself as well as others. Left early and plan on not coming back.

Hands down one of the best places to go in Mississauga. It’s all about the vibe at this Resto-relaxed, fun and sexy. Great parties on a Wednesday and Friday night and delicious food-the Chicken Parmigiana is to die for. The team outdid themselves with the new menu launch, good variety on eclectic, bold tasting dishes. If you’re looking for a night out where you can get great service (good looking and friendly staff) and to party this is the place to go.

The food is terrible. The dining area becomes a club dance floor at a later time in the night and it’s crowded with very small booths. Pricey for the quality of food and drink.

My spot!. I love the nightlife here. Strange observation… but they always have the freshest fruit garnish. That’s a big plus for me since I love my garnish. The atmosphere is great and the food from what I have experienced is excellent. The staff is gorgeous and extremely friendly.Special shoutout to a couple staff members that always make my night memorable: The gorgeous and kind bartender Reema, as well as the gentleman Darcy. They always recognize me and are extremely hospitable to me.I recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have a memorable evening (dinner or nightlife)Also, check out their wednesday nights for a great time !-Marcelo
