We went here for Father’s Day, so it was quite busy. When we arrived there was only one table, a six-seater for our party of three. Our menus were already on the table but they forgot about our tea, it was only brought to us 10 minutes later when we asked for it.When they brought out our meal they also decided to seat another group of people at our table. That would have been fine, but they didn’t even ask us or inform us, they simply directed these three strangers to our table and shoved our napkins and utensils over. A table to ourselves would have been nice though…The food was good, but as soon as we finished our meals they swiped away our plates and our unfinished drinks without asking once again, and directed us to the cash register. It would have been great if they have let us finish our drinks, and not act like they were trying to push us out the door.I hope this would be a one-off experience, but if they make a habit of rushing us through our dinner, they can count us out.
Pho was great. Broth was good. It had enough flavor but it was not intense enough to be authentic pho broth. Fresh shrimp spring rolls were great! Tast just like it should. The only real bad thing about this place is that it is always pack because the restaurant is too small. Because the place is so small, level of customer service and cleanliness is amazing.
Fresh spring rolls were great. My husband mentioned the pho broth was average. Egg noodle dumpling soup came out initially with no noodles … and PORK dumplings (when we were actually told they were SHRIMP dumplings by the waitress) . At least the manager was nice and didn’t charge us.
