Very friendly service! The servers were super nice and welcoming. The variety of BBQ meat was diverse. Went for a dinner date, had AYCE BBQ for $25 each. The kimchi side dish was a little lacklustre, but other than that, it was a great experience.

Seoul House is a Korean/Japanese restaurant in Mississauga. Complimentary appetizers were great, but our main dishes were unfortunately mediocre. Restaurant was also very unkept and grungy.

Waitress was rude and food was awful. We weren’t given the lunch special bento box menu and didn’t realize until we left and saw it outside. We were given the regular menu with full prices even though we were there studying the lunch special time frame. As well the waitress was rude and got my order wrong. She threw a fit when I told her and asked what to do now? I kept it as she was so angry but the food was awful. It was either spicey with no other flavour or it was so bland and chewy I was gagging. All the other people with me didn’t finish their meals either saying they were very unhappy with the flavor. This used to be a great restaurant with friendly staff and great food and portions. I know they changed owners and since then the food and service had gone downhill big time . After this incident I will never go back again!

Downhill trend. This used to be a great place to go for korean food with a dash of japanese on the side. Have gone for late lunch and early dinner on numerous occasions. food, service and staff were great circa 2012. 2013 to present seemed to have degraded all great points from before. Most recent experience was for July 1, 2014 AYCE dinner with a family of 7 adults and 3 kids. First the staff, it seemed strictly a family affair. The younger male server (I tagged him as the son) simply did not want to be there. He took the customer service handbook, lit it up and threw the ashes in the lake. He was lethargic simply put. He probably got it from the older male server (tagged him as the dad) who was actually a bit more energetic but still had the everlasting frown. They talk to you like you are a degenerate coming into their restaurant, at least that’s ho it felt like. It may also be just their personality. The only one who has the ability to smile and hustle was the female server (yes, you got it, tagged her as the wife). And that’s it for the front end staff, needless to say, they needed more servers for the size of the restaurant.Food. It was ok for something we had to cook ourselves. The requisite side dishes was there (ie bean sprouts, thinly sliced potatoes, etc). The kimchi was very good and just the right amount of spicyness, to me at least. The rest of the family thought it was too spicy so I got to eat them all. The lettuce was fresh and crispy and got a few plates right off the bat. There was some rolls that you can order (included in ayce price) which was pretty standard fare. The standard lighter looking soy sauce that you find in every other kbbq ayce joint is nowhere to be found, in its place is a nut based paste kinda sauce. I asked for the sauce and they gave me an actual cooking soy sauce. Sorry if I’m not that clear on the sauce thing, that’s the best way I can explain it. There was a tofu based soup (tofu ji gae?) that was really good as well (rest of family found it on the spicy side again).TLDR/Cliff Notes: Service: Bad. Food: Good. Service: Bad. Cost: Ok. Service: Bad and last but not the least, Service was bad
