Wok to Go. We have ordered from this location for years & have never had a problem. Best Chinese food & always made just the way we like it-always do a pick up. Not once have we experienced any problems. Perhaps people should approach the owners with their concerns in a civil manner.They always are pleasant & care to see people return. The shrimp fried rice I order is made to perfection & with a great deal of care-Love the food & the people. They strive to make everything right. Great Place
Just seconds ago I tried to place an order. To find out they no longer deliver to the eglinton area. I asked to speak to the manager and they said she had went on a delivery seconds after the woman answering the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!
Chicken balls were ok and so were the sweet and sour pork boneless cutlets … Great customer service! Just didn’t really enjoy the chicken fried rice or spring/egg rolls. Overall ok experience… Probobly wouldn’t return.
Ridiculous!. I always get a rude woman on the phone. They take hours to get to my house with food. At this moment I have been waiting for 2.5 hours, THIS IS CRAZY! If you’re hungry and want food, don’t order from these slow people.

My husband and I have ordered chinnese food for years, infact it is our favorite eat out bring home dinner. We have probably ordered from just about every chineese food restraunt in the GTA, well last night we ordered our food from the Wok To Go Mississauga location and NEVER again. My husband ordered our food and went to pick it up, he brought it home and when we went to open our chowmein it wad disgusting, it was slimey, it smelt like it had gone bad, it looked a week old. So we called the store and told them we were unhappy with it…something we have never done before…and thats when it all went bad, 1rst I was told we had ordered it 3-4 hours ago….we had just picked it up..then we were told we were lying and it was our fault, then the manager came on the phone, and argued with me insulting me over and over, I finally asked for a replacement and she told me they didn’t have anymore noodles, when I asked what she was going to do about the situation, she said I am coming to your home to see for myself…wow..well she did…and when she got here..she proceeded to lecture my husband and I about how we should always check our food before we leave the store, that this was not their issue, that she didn’t have time for our BS and proceeded to throw the money at me..$7.00 and stormed off….I have never seen or heard of anything so disgusting in my life. This woman was rude unprofesional and disgusting…I will NEVER order anything from this store again and hope nobody else ever has to go through this again…we through away the rest of our food as it was not fresh either..DISGUSTED
