Came here yesterday and the service was amazing! I called them over the phone to place an order and the person on the other end of the line was super chirpy and positive… and then the person behind the bar serving us was also very very nice. We were waiting for the order and had a glass of wine in the meantime… she gave us lollipops and lemon water it was great. They just opened this location so it’s brand spanking new- very clean and even had an inspector on the floor checking everything out. The bar area was awesome and the order was ok just got one of the salads wrong (should have been Caesar) mind you I was a little confusing over the phone also- wasn’t the smoothest order but lady handled it ok… the 9.99 special for bottomless bread, salad and soup is awesome! The salad itself is ok-I got the garden- the veggies were super fresh however I was not a fan of the dressing at all… but my colleagues are obsessed with it – even wanted to know if they were selling it! I just don’t see the hype.. but I ate it anyway.. large salad was big! the bread was good And apparently the Italian wedding soup was good too! The server did not ask me about scene points (could have raked them in lol) but she apologized as she is not used to serving she actually was really a bartender… but she gave me a survey to do that had scene pointsadvertised on it. I did the survey online- no incentive just free feedback… Will probably return to one day try the minestrone! Not too many veggie options on menu (except some flat bread thing). but you can always make a veggie pizza and pasta from scratch on the menu. Overall great experience !
