Small little pizza joint hidden off at this small strip plaza in the middle of the burbs. Closest intersection might be Dixon and Islington. The place is primarily takeout but does have a small counter that runs along the wall. Looks to be a small mom and pop shop that offers more than just pizza. With portugese chicken, steaks, and burgers, it would appear that you can grab a quick bite for lunch from Ital.I ordered the quarter chicken combo ($8), which comes with 2 sides. The portugese chicken wasn’t the best, but was still pretty solid. The chicken wasn’t the largest either, but the spices that they used were pretty good. It comes with spicy sauce which is a necessity for chicken. I also got fries and rice to go with my chicken because nothing complements chicken more than a double load of starch.Pizza actually looks pretty good as well and the prices are fairly cheap. The place itself isn’t the nicest looking, but who really cares? Definitely a good place for a quick bite to eat. Service is friendly and food comes out pretty quick. cheatdayeveryday.com

I went to this place earlier this week at around 7 o’clock looking for a pizza to bring home The guy behind the counter said sorry were closed I can heat up some of the slices…. Was a little bit confused because their hours on the door the website and the flier says they’re open until eight very disappointed I’ve been going to this store since it opend under new management but I won’t be going back what they did was not right no I don’t want no leftover pizza from 12 o’clock to me afternoon
When I bit into their steak sandwich, I was in heaven! It’s a traditional portuguese preg sandwich. Just get onions on it and believe me, you won’t regret it!
