Yummy Good. March 28, 2015 . Party of 8 adults and 4 children. Delicious food (pizza, wings and garlic bread) served by a lovely, polite waitress. I certainly would recommend this restaurant to any person wanting a good pizza and nicely done wings.
Good Food. Best homemade chicken soup I’ve ever tasted! We’ve eaten there many times and everything I’ve had is very good.
Great food LOUSY UNPLEASANT server!. The food was very good but our server was a very unpleasant person. She was a middle aged lady. She hardly said two words to us. She was very short when she did talk to us. She obviously took a dislike to us because I watched her with other customers and she was very personable with them. Won’t be going back because of this.
Best pizza. I’m a college student. Fort Erie’s my hometown, and whenever I visit, I make sure to get myself some pizza and wings from here. Their takeout isn’t the cheapest in town by a long shot, but the pizza and wings are the best I’ve ever had. Their takeout quality is just as good as what you get if you eat in. If you want to eat it, the atmosphere is maybe a little outdated. It hasn’t changed since my childhood. The service has always been wonderful and timely. Especially good place for families with kids.
Oh my goodness!!! It was SO good! I went there last night for a first date, and it was perfect. The exterior seemed a bit weird to me, but inside it felt cozy, with good lighting and decor that matches the name. The food was DELICIOUS!! You will not be disappointed. I had the chicken parm with spagetti and it was more than enough. The nice lady that served us had impeccable timing, offering me a take out box BEFORE I asked. I wish I had asked her her name. The price was very reasonable. You will love it!
Great Pizza!. I was visiting Fort Erie and found this place on my GPS. I was in the mood for pizza, so decided togive it a try. This was a great decision! The decore is a classic family style pizza place, and the staff were really firendly. I decided on the 4 slice pizza and salad special on the lunch menu for $8.55 and started with a Greek Salad ($1.75 upcharge) that was fresh and crisp with not too many red onions. The dressing is on the side so you can control the amount used. Lots of crumbled feta. I love feta!The Pizza came piping hot with a nice golden brown finish that added a touch of crispness to the cheese. I went with Pastrami and back bacon. The smokiness of the Canadian bacon really came through – delicious. I don’t know if they make their own sauce, but the rich tomato and herbs flavour was great on the perfectly crisp crust. This is the best pizza I have had in a really long time!The next time I am in Fort Erie, The Barrel is the place I will eat.
