Nothing special for the price you pay. I really wanted to try this restaurant after they won top chef Thunder Bay. The service was fine and the food came quick enough, but there was nothing special about any of the food. I would not go back and would not recommend.
Bad luck this time. Waited 10 minutes to be served at the bar. Waited another 20 to order food. Special was soup with no utensils or pepper. Main was instant noodles in butter. Dessert was a half cheesecake I mistook for a joke on the account of my weight. I was assured by the bartender it is just the half size. Pints are 7.50. At the bar for 2hrs. I was asked for an order once. Even for the Forks this is bad service and no apologies. Too bad.
If you’re going to go there for drinks, it’s tolerable. For everything else, I don’t recommend. Every time I’ve gone there it’s been terrible service. They refuse to cook steak the way I like it, and 9 times out of 10 the servers are rude or don’t pay attention to true tables. For the price I would have expected a decent experience.

Came back to this restaurant on my last visit to town, it was a Wednesday so I got to enjoy their dine and unwind menu. Got a Caesar salad to start, then a very delicious steak pasta, followed by a caramel apple cheesecake! It was amazing and I got a bottle of wine for ten bucks! The whole experience was awesome! Well done yet again 5forks!
Love it here!. I went to 5 forks yesterday and have been always very satisfied with this establishment. I ordered the New York Striploin steak, I didn’t even have to use a steak knife thats how amazing this steak was. Served with a shrimp skewer and loaded mash potatoes I was in heaven. My boyfriend and I sat outside on their patio which has an amazing atmosphere. A few minutes later our server came to take our drink order and let us know of $5 mojitos and martinis!! I ordered the pink mojito it was delicious (with fresh raspberries, lime and mint) yumm ! Our server was very attentive and everything I could of needed was already there which I really liked. I have been here to eat here a few times now and never had a bad experience. Service is always friendly and helpful with menu choices. Prices aren’t as high as I anticipated, which always makes me happier ! Can’t wait to go back!
I have visited this establishment on many occasions especially for the beautiful patio. The service is always amazing, and for the drinks there is a wide variety of choices. The strawberry lemon mojito is my favourite. It is refreshing and a little sweet at the same time. I am not a huge fan of the entrees but the apps and pizzas are great! I recommend the bread and dips to share!
