This place is so hit and miss. When the owner is not around pretty decent portion sizes and really good food. When the owner is there and cooking SUBSTANDARD portions are so cheap you have to buy extra fries with your combo just to have more than 10 fries the pizza are worse than frozen
AJ’s. My sister and I stopped there one day for breakfast. The food was awesome! I ordered the Great Candian Omellet (I think that is what it was called- should have written review right after I ate as I can’t remember all the ingredients other than homemade tomato pesto) and my sister ordered the Skillet Mushroom, Spinach and Cheddar Cheese Omellet (again I am not sure what was in it). They were both super delicious ! ! ! We used our 7-grain toast to wipe up any residual sauce, etc. on the plates! I can hardly wait to go back for another visit to taste their Jamaican breakfast omellet!!!
Strange place, strange food. Had driven by a number of times and seen their advertise specials of burgers and pizza, so stopped in once to try their burger special. Was told that no one was working to cook the food, so we didn’t get anything. The next time we stopped in hoping to order a pizza and were greeted with an exasperated sigh and told we couldn’t eat in, we would have to take it out so that’s what we did. The pizza wasn’t anything different than we would have had buying a frozen pizza and baking it at home, so we haven’t been back…the cheese was warm and melted but the bottom was hard and overcooked/dark brown and the pepperoni on top was actually cold.
