Server Ellen station 1 as you already know what I ordered !First I have been here many times before ! Great food ! Great service but tonight the waitress was terrible clearly has no customer service skills ! Get New job behind the bar in the kitchen preferzbly! Plz ! So I ordered my food and drink ! From the start I asked for a glass off water and said plz! 30 min later no water ! She walks by the 3 of us at our table with jug of water ! Don’t waitress go around asking if customers would like water anymore? Nope guess not ! Well so my first drink I asked for no Tabasco, and she granted me that thanks! So my friend with me ordered a drink after ! So she brings back 3 ceasers one that I did not order and there like what 13.50 for 2 so my bill says! Anyways moving along the waitress spent the good part of the nite talking to her friends at the bar! Not once did she come around to ask how the food was did me need anything else ! And it wasn’t busy either maybe ten ppl at the most of that us 3 table of 4 and 2 ladies behind us and 3 at the bar 2 playing pool !So 13 people and shotty service at that ! And before I wrote this I called the bar after I left and again today ! So to the manger of cheers ! I could treat your customers better ! So let Ellen know that us why she only got 2.50 of tip from my friend ! And hire new staff becuz unread other rewievs and other ppl say the same !She would of easily walked away with 15 bucks but nope ! Good day won’t be back!

Great food and ambiance, crap service. The food was delicious — we ordered the goat cheese bison burger and the cheer’s beef burger. Both lovely and all of their burgers and sandwiches have gluten free bread options. Meals were followed by Bailey’s cheesecake (so good!) and they have live jazz music on some Friday nights. Very lovely experience and GREAT view. Service was pretty awful, I’ve served many times and the guy who served us A) never asked us how our food was and B) gave me a flat beer that had clearly been sitting around for awhile and he argued with me about getting me a new one (My partner had ordered the same beer and hers was fizzy, mine wasn’t). Other than the d-bag server the food, beer, music, lighting, seating, view…. was all awesome. Recommended!
I called in my order an ordered 2 bison burger with everything on them an a simple cheeseburger. I got three plain pattys with nothing on all three an charged me 50 bucks for them. And said i should have told them what i wanted on them.. When i asked for everything it comes with off the menu… Couldnt even swallow my burger and returned it and would not giv money back. Nice look inside the bar tho. But what good is that when they are ripping ppl off. I could have got more and better food for 5 bucks not 50 from anywhere els
Excellent food. I had the ch…. Excellent food. I had the Cheers beef burger and my wife had the blackened chicken club. Both were nicely presented and very good.For desert we had the wine ice cream. Again, nicely presented and very tasty.Highly recommended.
This is a Westfort gem – great food, friendly service and Sleeping Giant beers on tap, all in a great pub ambience with a spectacular view of Mt. McKay out the windows.
