Holy Crpe is right! Yummy town!. Ok, my wife is probably driven crazy by my wanting to come eat here so often but we LOVE the crpes!My daughter loves the sweet crpe that has the marshmallows and nutella. I love the OMG crpe.I have taken numerous clients and colleagues here too including the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce president and the president of the Achievement Centre.The place is spartan but beautiful as there is art along the front windows, the restaurant is located right downtown Galt (now Cambridge). I wish they would open earlier than 11am as so often I would love to buy crpes for my parents for breakfast but 11am is a bit too late during the week. We have had crpes at other specialty crpe places in Guelph and Waterloo but this creperie (is that a word?) has the best in the region in that the crpe is really tasty and done just right. Plus I love how they add a bit of tomato or coleslaw on the side to offset the hot crpe. Strongly recommend this place……they should get more customers for the value they give! We wish them the best as we want to keep coming back! Yummmm!
