  After our 6th visit over 2 months, conclusion is food is satisfactory but waitresses generally maintain a less than courteous demeanor, almost like theyre doing customers a favour by serving them. We arrived lunch hour Sunday in August to an empty restaurant inside and only 60% occupied on the deck. All empty tables were dirty and not yet cleared. After waiting on the deck for 15 min with no one approaching us we asked one waitress if a table could be cleared and was met with an I guess youll just have to wait response along with a snarky overtone; not the first time. We finally sat down and ate a satisfactory meal. Later order a second beverage after chasing down our waitress who was MIA. After a long wait yet again I went inside to locate our waitress and told her to forget the drink and just give me our bill. She ordered the bartender to Prepare the bill and look after that customer. And to follow custom at this restaurant I then had to line up inside (because their dial up internet connection is left over from the 90s and doesnt work table side) for the privilege of paying for the experience. In hindsight my 7% tip was over generous given the poor service and rude demeanor from staff with head waitress also being the head B of the bunch. It seems the University of Keswick shirts worn there didnt teach staff about providing a positive customer experience.
