Delicious sushi. My boyfriend and I frequent Wind Sushi a good deal, it’s one of those places that looks iffy on the outside but it’s worth going in. The food is your typical all you can eat sushi fare, they have quite an extensive menu and there’s something for everyone. We’ve never had anything we didn’t like. My only complaint is that sometimes the service can be lacking. We had gone in on the Monday night after new years and, while it’s usually quiet on weekdays, it was pretty busy and I don’t think the staff was expecting it. They needed another server at least. Other than that Wind Sushi is our go to sushi restaurant and we keep going back for more. FYI, their golden California roll is sooooo good!
Delicious & Fast Service. This was the first time I have gone to Wind Sushi, and it was amazing. Although the waitresses seemed rather grumpy, the food still came fast and was delicious. It is 25 dollars for all you can eat Sushi, and the portions are great. I am happy that this is so close to my house, such a good price, and so delicious. Also, the only thing I would change is the music they play. Constant Avril Lavigne can get annoying.
Rude service, average food. This restaurant is very funny. If you don’t have kids they are great. Very friendly service. I have been there both with and without them. First time thought it might just be an off day but it clearly is not the case. I am not sure if they find them an annoyance or if it’s because they are not charged. But either way the service is of significant difference.Furthermore . . . the last 3 times (don’t know why I keep going back as there is an excellent restaurant literally next door), but we have gotten upset stomachs, myself and my kids . . . It’s unfortunate
Service Issues. The food is ok. However every server i’ve had there has been rude and inattentive. Not even a hello. One employee was literallly sleeping in a booth.
I visited for dinner on Sunday. The portions were massive and would take me 2-3 bites to finish, and I’m totally fine with that! Unlike the other reviews, I think the service was great, and not slow at all! However, the restaurant really wasn’t that busy because we had an early dinner. But I definitely recommend Wind Sushi! It’s more affordable than a lot of locations that I’ve been to, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!
Disappointed with our visit. Disappointed and frustrated with our visit to Wind Sushi in Kesiwcki today. We went to Wind Sushi this afternoon for lunch with our service dog in training. We were seated at a table and were asked to leave the dog outside. We explained that she was a service dog in training, that she comes into all public buildings with us and she would just lay down the entire time we were there. The waitress didn’t say anything and then walked away. Another person came and asked us what we wanted to drink, and then repeated that the dog could not be in the restaurant. We re-explained what we told the first waitress and she didn’t say anything and walked away. We ordered the sushi that we wanted and our order was taken, only to have the first waitress return and tell us that the manager said that the dog is not allowed in because of her fur. While I understand that dogs are not generally allowed in restaurants, we need to expose this dog in training to these types of situations because this is what she will be doing when she is placed with an individual with a disability. I am also very unclear as to what the manager would say if a person with an actual disability was not allowed into the restaurant due to having a service dog.
