Meh.. Pho delivered super late, cold and messed up my order with another guys on the same road. The delivery guy apologized though . Rice wraps were super poorly wrapped and fell apart after one bite lolI’ve worked in Orleans for three years and have lived in chinatown for the last 5 years. I finally gave this place a chance and it was overall a bummer. For 22 bucks for what i could have gotten at home if I waited three more hours… .. anyway, not horrible but a huge bummer.
Awesome Fresh Food. I eat at this place frequently and I have never had an issue. I noticed that some are complaining about the service of some employees. Not sure why!!!! knowing that this is not a DIner. The food, the sitting, and the prices are great. Overall for me, the service is great and the food is fresh and tasty. I recommend this place.Keep up the good work.
Delicious. I ordered for the first time from Bien Pho. I had the Yellow Chicken Curry and my cousin had the Broccoli and Mushroom with Chicken in Oyster Sauce. We both enjoyed our meals – and had lots of left overs for lunch the next day. I wish I had found out about this restaurant years ago!03 Oct, 2014Yellow Curry. Service. I just noticed some other people commenting about service. The young blonde lady usually services us and knows us well. She is lovely to deal with. However, every time I see the older brunette lady, I am tempted to leave. Her service is horrible. She really brings down the restaurant. I am even considering calling next time we receive poor service from her.. She is SO rude. Doesn’t pay attention to customers. We have sat there for 20 extra minutes waiting for our plates to be cleared.29 Aug, 2013Delicious. We love Bien Pho! Good quality food at a low price. Terrible Service.. I am absolutely appalled by the service we just received from the receptionist at Bien Pho. We ordered/paid for delivery and noticed we accidentally were given one wrong food item so called the restaurant back to let them know. Not only were we given MAJOR attitude by the lady who answered the phone, she refused to send the proper item back at first, then requested the improper order be exchanged for the proper one (that is disgusting) and she actually ended up hanging up the phone on us. We called back and spoke with someone else who apologized on her behalf and agreed to correct the mistake but the impression we are left with from having to interact with her is awful, and we will never order from there again which is too bad because the food is actually very good.
