I don’t understand about the bad reviews for this place. We’ve been here a few times as a family, and as a couple. We’ve always had a great experience; the service was always great or awesome. Tonight it was awesome. They serve steak in the kids’ menu! I ordered the short rib. We love the food, the drinks are good, and the service was even better. We love this place, I hope others give it a chance as well otherwise it will be their loss.
Terrible food, we will never set foot in this restaurant again. I take my food seriously and when I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it is served with processed cheese I take it as an insult. I refused to eat it and my dining companion was extremely unhappy with their order as well- a dried out overdone generic burger. Full disclosure : our dining experience at caseys was over 6 months ago, and they have since removed the philly cheese steak from their menu.
