Dirty place. As soon as I got in I had a bad impression because the floor is an old dirty carpet, there are two tables with table cloths that I don’t know when was the last time they were washed, the ceiling has brown spots with a mix of dust, grease and spider webs. If they have radio ads they should at least invest in having a decent place to welcome customers

Charlie Chan – Hours. Horrible.. No hours posted anywhere online.. You call this place and get a message stating VM not set-up. Friends visited from Kanata and at 2pm on a Sunday they are closed.. Don’t waste your time with this place.. Too bad cause the egg rolls are pretty good!
We tried take out today. Service was quick and very friendly. Food was fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. We purchased egg rolls, General Tao’s chicken, garlic spareribs, chicken chow mein, and chicken fried rice. Best Chinese food I’ve tasted in many years! We will return.
New customer. I try Charlie chan for the first time last week , I heard the add in the radio and I was very happy the egg rolls are the best I have tasted in the city and I was very with the service .
Disappointing
My food was all overcooked. We ordered three dishes, a soup and spring rolls. The hot and sour soup and spring rolls were actually quite good.As for the other three dishes, none of them were. They were all overcooked. The meat and shrimp were all overcooked and dry.Was not happy with the meal.
