First Time a Charm. Stopped in after manning the Poppy Booth at ‘Place D’Orleans. Our first stop to the former (we loved it) Willie and Juans. 2 COLD beers served up right away by Kelly-Ann with a smile. Ordered up a Cheeseburger for her and the Smoked Meat Platter for me. Both served up quickly and piping hot; the rings and fries as well. A second beer and a piece of lemon-meringue pie and we were well sated. It was wing night; lots of folks indulging and watching the Sens-Detroit game. Thanks Kelly-Ann and Conners; we will be back.
Great staff. Went for breaky this week the service was beyond par. The prices where great and the portions perfect. I found the owner bussing tables and helping the servers very professional
Good times!. Connors is a great place, very friendly atmosphere, lots of beer on tap and it’s all good, I’ve tried them all. Food is very fairly priced and the jukebox is lots if fun, a fun experience for everyone and everybody, a great success!
Connor’s Rocks. I don’t know what’s up with the reviews about flat draft. I’ve always had a fantastic pour and the waitresses are fantastic. I’ve had the breakfast several times and it has always been great. Go there and say hi, it;s the friendliest bar in town.Paul H
Beer is flat!!. We came out for the first time here and had not read the reviews but wish we had!! The draft is so flat it’s crazy! The other reviewers got it right. Nice staff but lousy draft because it’s so flat, and a pub lives and dies with its draft
They pissed me off tonight. May not be back. I have brought a number of friends and family here in the past and loved it. But tonight was so disappointing I may not be back.17 Jun, 2014We usually love Connors but we had a not so good experience tonight. We saw the sign outside saying $5.99 per pound of wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. But didn’t realize that you had to order after 5pm. There was nothing in the bar that stated that you had to order after 5pm. If we would have known,we would have had a beer and waited until after 5pm. We were not very happy at all. We’ve been good weekend customers and bringing in friends and family in to enjoy the atmosphere. Don’t know if we will be back.
