All in all not bad, The food was amazing and the music was good. I had never seen belly dancing before but very cool. The only thing I would say is the service was not very good at all.
Terrible experience. I have never been to a mezza restaurant with such terrible service. The food was terrible and not even half of what comes out for mezza. The woman was rude and I’m pretty sure she overcharged our party.
Me and my friends decided to try out a restaurant that we’ve never been to before so we decided to try Mazaj. Upon arriving to the restaurant we were greeted with a horrendous smell. the restaurant smelt dirty and as if something was dying. the food was horrible and the staff was very rude. I’m writing this review so no one goes through the experience i went through.
Terrible service. We went to El Mazaj to enjoy good food and music and a great atmosphere. That was not the case tonight. The food was rushed, way before the entertainment was on. The server was terrible and very rude. We wanted some nuts and she told us that they were for people that ordered bottles of alcohol only. I got charged an adult price for my 10 yr old daughter. And over charged for 2 drinks. Rude and inconsiderate wait staff. Won’t be going back!
