HORRIBLE!. Rice was mushy like oatmeal, the veggies were extremely bitter and the chicken has been marinated in salt. Took an hour to be delivered. Overall extremely disgusting….threw 7/8 of my food away…even my garbage did not want it. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. and I’m tolerant when it comes to food.
This food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered two shawarma plates. For the rice and potatoes he heated it up the the microwave. The potatoes weren’t cooked. The chicken was dry. For two plates and two drinks and a slice of pizza it cost me 33 dollars. That’s crazy.
Awful service, rude. I had ordered through justeat, and then realized their site messed up and ordered the wrong thing, i immediately got in contact to change/cancel order, kiki brought it anyways (i was at work) they called me and were very rude and threatning to me, they ended up giving my food to a co-worker, and it was all the wrong order, i had no choice but to accept that because they gave it to him, i would have refused it, i was out 17 bucks for dinner and wasted my whole lunch, they wont respond to me or bbb….awful awful awful…i did open the food and it looked gross
Disappointing. I had the chicken shawarma plate. The salad and the rice were good. I was happy to see that the plate included tabouli, but the rest of the platter was disappointing. The rice and potatoes were heated up in the microwave (!?!) and the chicken didn’t seem fresh and didn’t taste that great. The garlic sauce was not that tasty either. I have yet to find a restaurant that beats Shawarma Palace, and this one doesn’t even come close. Unfortunately, I won’t go back.
Awesome!. I only ever have this pizza when I am at work but it is fantastic! Pine view, if you see this, PLEASE open a place in the west end!
