Sunday supper : cold. My husband made an online order for 2 half chicken dinners to be ready for pick up at 600 pm. He arrived at the St Joseph location at approximately 550. Our order was at that time ready. He returned at 600 and our chicken was cold, fries cold, buns and gravy were also cold. I had to microwave the entire meal. We are loyal customers and were very disappointed. Unfortunately it will be some time before we revisit St Hubert.RespectfullyKaren
Not worth the money. Sitting here right now ate my meal…. i am not impressed the service was very kind and professional but my meal 25 dollar meal for 11,oz steak to only get 6, oz cold fries…. and to ask for a middem rare steak to have it well done. .. I would pay for meal like this 13.50$ at best….
My husband and I like going to St. Hubert after 7p.m., and like to sit in the bar section. We like the food, know what to expect. However, the music is loud and when you look at the crowd on a Thursday night or even Friday night around 7 or 8p.m., it is mostly people 40 or over. Do we want to hear hip-hop or dance music?? We go there to have a quiet meal. They used to play Rock dtente which was a little quieter. Is the music for the staff or for the patrons?? Anyway, thought you would like to know.
Disappointed. Our meal that we had at St. Hubert’s on St. Joseph Blvd. in Orleans was sure not what we had anticipated. The chicken was so dry and the skin so tough we couldn’t eat it. We ordered the Xmas leg and the Xmas breast, which was $2.00 more. Both were not freshly cooked that’s for sure.Do not ever plan to go there to eat again. The price was awful. $5.60 for 2 tea bags, $3.90 for 2 balls of ice cream. We were told that the baked potato was part of the meal when we got it , it was .75 cents more. Oh what a disappointment.
Terrible delivery. Yesterday I ordered 2 of the specials with chicken and fries and coleslaw. And then had to wait more than an hour to get it. I had to call the restaurant so many times, to find out where the delivery was.Then the delivery guy came, and what happened was shocking. He barged in to my house, when I just opened the door slightly to pay. He, the delivery man was screaming at me. It is his fault for getting late. And I quickly called St. Hubert and told them, and they said that the meal was on the house. But delivery guy kept screaming and telling me to pay. I was completely shaken by everything by now. But this experience was scary, that I wouldn’t order online nor go there at all.
St Hubert Delivery Sucks. We ordered a half chicken and a poutine for dinner. There were no fries with the half chicken. The poutine came with cheese that wasn’t even melted on top of the fries. No wonder the delivery guy charged us less than we thought we should pay…..we didn’t get our whole order….We have eaten at the restaurant on St Joseph and it was very enjoyable….but delivery?…..we’ll stick to eating in!Big thumbs down on this one!!
Strike 3 they’re out. Today, i went to the St Hubert on St-Joseph boul, after browsing there menu i decided to select the Chicken Filet Wraps (2) price was 10$ and something cents, so i told the cashier id take the chicken filet wraps, after arriving home with all the orders, i found out they sold me 1 chicken filet wrap for 9.70$, 3rd time i go there and they mess up the order
