Their menu has gotten so bad and lacking of choices that we turned around and went to Harvey’s next door. The prices were always a little inflated, but for the last decade it was where we had our family farewell lunch/dinner before flights. No longer. :(Please revert your menu, or give us more choices!

Sour waitress. I’ve been going to rideau bar and grill at the Ottawa airport, for the past 3 years. I do enjoy the beautiful view, and the food is o.k. my favorite is the nachos. The one thing I don’t enjoy is the waitress we get on occasion, we sit for awhile before we get served and when we do get served she always has a sour face on and her service is not that good. I kept my bill the last time I was there and it had her name on it which was Sophie. The next time I visit and we get served by her again, I will not come back.20 Jun, 2014Bad waitress. Worse than your average airport place. Really slow, I’d hate to see it busy. There’s a Harvey’s next door, food is about the same quality
