I used to go Ten sushi at bank street.I like the place because food is fresh,service is ok.Also the reason I like Ten sushi is I don’t have to wait meals after I order.I went to go Ten sushi at Gloucester today.The hostess who brought us our table was not very friendly and I was really surprised.I thought she dis not want to work.I never seen this kind of unfriendly service at Ten sushi at bank street. People who served our meals were ok.They did not speak much,but not rude.The hostess was really unfriendly,so we have decided not to give any tip this kind of service.I also decided to go other location,even food is good or ok,I won’t go back this location!
AYCE sushi, quality on par with most other decent establishments in Ottawa. It’s not mindblowing, but it’s decent. Service is quick and efficient, since you order using a tablet. Menu items are alright, but not terrible. My favourite is the fried milk and deep fried banana for dessert – order along with a scoop or 2 of ice cream and it’s perfect.
This is my to go place for all you can eat sushi. The managers in this location (not the other one) are friendly. We go so often that theyve recognized us. Overall their food is good quality and never been yet where Ive had something that was off. Pleasant ambient.
Food is always good it’s nothing super fancy but if you want good sushi with quick service 9/10 times we leave really happy and full. Out of all of the ayce sushi spots in Ottawa this is our favourite for date night, plus you can go to a movie after so the location is perfect.
This place has average sushi, the size of the rolls are fairly small which is nice for all-you-can-eat but for take out, the size is a little underwhelming. Aside from the food quality (which is okay) the customer service is lacking quite a bit. Many of the workers aren’t that fluent in English which is totally fine but they do not seem interested in working at all, they wouldn’t pay attention to me or actually make the 2-3 dishes they forgot until I finally spoke Mandarin to them. That’s unacceptable but I go to this place purely out of convenience.
