Well, it’s chinese takeout… Don’t expect the fastest service or free food if it’s late. But what you can expect is high quality cooking and ingredients from the best chinese food in orleans. I order for the whole family sometimes the food comes late but the quality is always excellent. 10/10 would recommend
We avoided Willy’s until it seemed like other Chinese options had dried up in Orleans, but on finally trying it out, we discovered it wasquite good. Now our go-to place this side of town.
Absolute Worst Customer Service. I ordered my dinner at 4:50 and was promised dinner for delivery by 6:00. Wheb it had not arrived I called at 6:45 and was told it was on its way. I was then told I would be expected to pay full price. They refused to let me speak to the manager. At 7:30 I called and they refused to let me speak to the manager again and then told me they cancelled my order. They kept insisting the manager was too busy. Clearly they care nothing for heir customers.

The Best Around. We have tried almost all chinese restaurants in Orleans. This is byfar the best. The General Tao, as well as the Crispy Beef are the best!When ordering use common sense. A kitchen can only make so many orders an hour. If you call on sunday night at 5pm you will wait. We pre order when it is really important to get it at a certain time.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered dinner waited over an hour andcalled and they said it was on way. 2 hours later and still nothing, furious and 2 kids hungry and crying, it takes me ten minutes for someone to answer phone and I tell her what is going on and she hangs up on me. I call back and after ten minutes I ask her for owner and she says no, I ask her for manager she says no and hangs up on me again. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM
It is what it is…. I’ve never really understood Chinese restaurants in Ottawa. Almost all of them are a sort of fast-food, order-to-go experience. And most of them all taste alike; everything deep fried in the same vat of oil. Willie’s is no different. I always order delivery and they have never disappointed. The crispy beef is pretty darn good but in the end, it all sort of tastes like all the other Chinese restaurants in the area.
