Organic stone baked pizza, fresh local ingredients whenever possible we make an Italian style pizza thinner than most,a little dryer than most because we do not add oil to our dough.We like to use the best ingredients possible and if we cant we stop making that product.If we cant get the right product we dont fake it we just dont make it .
