Poor service, restaurant in general. I went to Boston Pizza with a friend recently and now I remember why I haven’t been in so long. First off, our food took forever to come out and when it did, both appetizers and our main meals came out at the same time. We also did not receive any plates for our appetizers. When I received my meal, it had the wrong sauce on it and my friend was missing gravy for her fries. The waitress did give me a new meal with the correct sauce but I still was not happy with my experience there. Definitely not in my top 5 restaurants…
Service has always been lacking and food has been hit and miss. Been here more than a couple of times where it’s been a real comedy of errors. Just couldn’t believe how terrible things went. Might try it again in another year if we’re out of restaurant options.
Thumbs Down. I can’t decide if I want to give it a one or 2 thumbs down.. So it was a last minute decision for my family and I to go out for dinner, something relaxing and nice. So we just randomly chose Boston Pizza because we have never been there yet. We normally choose Pat and Marios, Kelsey’s, Montana’s type of thing for a family dinner out.. Okay, so we got there and all was fine.. was able to find a seat outside which was nice and breezy.. most all the tables were filthy and garbage and old food was all over the ground. We ordered our food.. and waited an insane amount of time. I lost count but I do know people got served before us who placed their orders after ours. Anywho aside that our food came.. cold! Not freezing, but not warm at all… like it was sitting there for a bit. I ordered the chicken parmesan with a side salad and vegetables.. and the frozen vegetables that were served we’re cold and rubbery.. the salad was a typical salad.. and the chicken was.. a disgrace. Rock hard, no flavour, dry dry dry. For 17.00 or so dollars, for 1 small chicken breast that had no resemblence to chicken parmesan, a small salad and frozen veggies! Pffft.. the kids chose from the kids menu and it was nothing special.. the fries were frozen, again all was pretty cold. My husband ordered a personal pizza.. the veggie one, and most all of the ingredients were frozen and you could tell. just flavorless. We had to ask twice to get my daughter a drink and both times the waitress forgot.. again that happens but it’s not like the restaurant was busy! And I am now not wondering why it was not busy ! BOO.
The food was nothing special. Very few healthy or vegetarian options. My water glass had old food stuck to it. The music was loud and abrasive even on the patio. The air conditioning was on way top high for comfort. Overall my first experience at BP was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
