This place must have the slowest kitchen in Sudbury. I went there twice and ordered a takeout and waited 40 to 45 minutes each time. Yup on ordering I was told it’ll take 15 to 20 minutes. The food is descent but not worth waiting double the time. The manager was not even present so that definitely never go back there again specially in both cases the place was not busy at all. Too bad the app doesn’t allow a minus rating.
Not a restaurant I would ever pick myself, but I was with company. The service was very good. Food took forever and the kids were getting restless. The food quality and portions for the cost I thought were a little pricey, however I did eat some bread and salad and despite it coming with the entree, nothing is free. It was mediocre food at a chain restaurant price. The company was fantastic. I would return under the same circumstances-company and children. Not a place I would chose to dine in with over 300 restaurants in sudbury.

Sauce was dark and tasted like it was burnt, not very appetizing at all. I ordered that same meal twice a month while in Barrie and it was much better then that crap they serve at this locationLast time ate in. Service was ok, ordered Chicken Parmigiana. Pasta was cold, and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Told waitress i didn’t want to eat that because it was burnt but she got manager. What a joke he is, he explained that the chicken is deep fried etc. but it had no traces of oil on it. Was probably deep fried a few days ago and microwaved to serve. He offered to have cooks make a new one but would not cook it as much. I refused because my companion would be done her terrible reheated lasagna by the time my food would come back. Waitress offered a price reduction and that was the end of it.I will never order or go back to that place ever. I should have taken photos to prove how horrible it looked but i didn’t think of it at the time.
Service slow slow slow. Waited 20 min just to get drinks ordered in almost empty restaurant. Left without ordering. Told that bartender only one on for bar and seating area!
I went there a few days ago, the service was horrendous. We had made a reservation, the service was not ready for us and we waited 45 minutes for a table, then switched again to another table. Some of the hostesses were very snotty and even laughed as we walked out still angry after our meal. The food was not at all good, and a friend and I ordered the same thing but she seemed to have half as much as me. Not impressed.
It’s a hit or miss dining experience. Sometimes the service is excellent and food delicious, others the waiters are non-existent and the food leaves much to be desired. What else can you expect from a chain restaurant?
Great food good service. I suggest the chicken parm 🙂
