Breakfast – maybe, Dinner – NOT!. Should have read reviews before going for dinner as it seems to only rate as a breakfast diner….was served frozen mixed veggies with my dinner – really!! Very disappointing!
It’s a old gem
Ok breakfast. Good service, good omlette….HUGE portions on the hash browns, and they aren’t cooked well enoughi give this joint a 6/10
Sitting in gloria’s stuffed and satisfied!!! Ive been hung over all day and this excellent 9pm breakfast for dinner finally cured me 🙂 10 out of 10 in my books!! Best egfs in sudbury!!!
Gotta love my eggs Benedict here! Very affordable, quick service, good food! What more can you ask for? I’ve been coming here since my days as an LU student, although back then it was more of a hangover breakfast than an early morning work break! 🙂 will always keep coming back here!
Atmosphere indeed.. I’ve been to Gloria’s on a number of occasions, and it has always been a very lovely experience. Although I wouldn’t regard Gloria’s as the top diner-style-breakfast in the city, the food is quite tasty and generously portioned. Gloria’s shines because of the warm, welcoming staff and, prompt, excellent, service. The atmosphere, as noted by a previous reviews, is a rarity in the age of franchise restaurants, and indeed the unique highlight of the Gloria’s experience.
The atmosphere is everything. With an address on Bouchard Street and inexistant visibility from Regent Street, it’s easy to miss Gloria’s restaurant. Yet it is definitely one of the nicest diners in Sudbury. The service is relaxed, friendly and efficient. You may be a first-time customer, but it feels as though the servers know you personally, and everyone else for that matter. Breakfast is the obvious choice, but fish and chips and pasta are excellent as well. With my fish and chips, yesterday, I had mounds of French fries. A great place for kids of all ages. The place is not necessarily the coolest around, but there is a lot to choose from on the menu, there are large tables, and the servers are good with families..
