Horrible service!. Awful customer service!!!! They forgot food in my order and when I called, the owner was completely disrespectful. they were not willing to do anything to make up for their mistake. I will not go back.
Delicious Greek food. Best place to satiate ones craving for superb Mediterranean cuisine. They are always very polite and food is served quickly. Rice is always perfectly cooked and the potatoes are simply delicious, the kebabs and gyro meat are perfectly spiced. I have unfortunately never had dessert as I am always quite full.Lovely place, I highly recommend visiting.
HORRIBLY Rude Waitress. I am a long-time patron of Herc’s. It is one of my favorite places to go to have something delicious and healthy for dinner, and I eat there frequently.Last night I went for supper with a friend. The waitress who took our order at the counter was HORRIBLE. She was so rude! And the worst part is that I think don’t she even realized she was being rude…and then she couldn’t figure out why I was upset.After she was rude to us (twice) while taking our orders, she had us sit down to wait for our food to come up, which is normal practice at Herc’s. When it arrived, our cutlery came, but it was dirty. My friend went up to the counter to request a new fork, and she was informed that there were no more clean forks (At 6:00 PM???!!!). The waitress took my friend’s dirty fork but offered her nothing.My friend came to the table and sat for about 10 minutes waiting for a new fork (while her food sat there getting cold). Eventually, very angry at this point, I went to the counter and asked if she could at least give us a plastic fork. She did, saying that she had offered one to my friend (if she had, I don’t think I’d have gone up to the counter to ask for one).This horrible service continued. We ate our dinner and the waitress never came to see how we were doing. And she didn’t clear our table and package up our leftovers for us. We sat for 30 minutes after we finished eating waiting for someone to come and pack up our leftovers (she cleaned all the tables around ours). Eventually, we went up to the counter to have our food packed up so that we could leave. At this point, the rude waitress completely ignored us and left us to be helped by the new trainee. When I finally got the waitress’ attention, I asked her for her name and she refused to tell me. She did, however, ask me if I was a cop and if that’s why I wanted her name. She also informed me that she would let the manager know what happened at dinner and that I didn’t need to make that call. And then she started yelling at me about the fork.My friend and I were flabbergasted as we left the restaurant. The waitress didn’t even seem to realize that she was rude to us multiple times before the whole fork incident…and she seemed to think this all started with us getting a dirty fork, which in normal circumstances never would have bothered us.What upset both us of was the way we were spoken to, the things she said to us while taking our orders, the fact that she didn’t bother to go wash a fork for us right away (by hand – OMG) so that we’d have something to eat with.We both agree we will likely never be back.
Yum!. I’ve heard from a health inspector that this is the best restaurant in town. Really delicious Greek food, their gyros can’t be beat.

I remember when this location was a Taco Time!. But am I ever happy it is Herc’s! I always make a stop here when I am in town. The Gyros are so amazing, meat is always seasoned well and the rice is to die for.I always refer to this place as good food done fast. There is a reason they have been around for a long time.
Gyros are fantastic!. Great Gyros!! Seems to be smaller portions than it used to be, but still delicious!!
