Not what it was. I have bein ordering from sub city for 6 years now. always loved it. But they have started to slack on the quality and origional ingredients. Last time I ordered the chicken ceaser it was under cooked. And the cheese sub is now a regular sub with 3 peices of cheese. Not worth my time any more. So sad because they were so enjoyable before.
The meat monster is absolutely delicious and is a MUST HAVE if you are a submarine sandwich lover in Sudbury. At first glance I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to take all 12 inches but I was more than satisfied when I was done. I also adore the meatball submarine sandwich. I was pleasantly suprised at how many balls of meat they were able to stuff between the buns. I can’t wait for next time to get my hands around the big dripper.
Hole in the wall but tasty. It seems like it’s one of those dive bars that you just love anyway. I love this little place. their pizzas are pretty good, and the bread for their sandwiches is great.
Awesome joint!. This place is open late, which is great. They’re always generous with their toppings. Makes for a great sub. Try the Big Dripper or Meatball. Yum!
Terrible Service. On three separate occasions I never received my food. Which sucks because I like their pizza they just refuse to deliver to me. I wait for the doorbell and sit by the phone. I called back and was told it was on its way waited some more called back and was told that I didn’t answer the door. They were rude to me and hung up on me. I will never eat there again and hope that they learn the value of customer service.
The hours are great too!28 Mar, 2011It’s real, non corporate, the big dropper with half the butter. I live in Toronto but am impressed by many aspects of sub city. The subs and pizza have maintained quality over time. The owners should be proud they didn’t sell out .
Subs and Pizza. I’ve been working here for 12 years, the best sellers are of course, the Big Dripper, The Meat Ball Sub, Chicken Ceaser Sub and The Meat Monster. As for Pizza I would suggest the Supreme or the Marco Polo! Hope you Enjoy!
