Terrible customer service and they always forget at least one thing when ordering takeout or delivery.
What a nightmare. While the food and prices are quite good, the cleanliness, costumer service and management in the dining room is atrocious. The floors are always dangerously slippery, the waitresses are painfully slow, and the manager was rude and argumentative when my boyfriend made a friendly inquiry about our bill. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Mmmm… chicken. My wife thinks it’s too salty. I love it. One of the few places that still serves authentic non-processed fries that everyone secretly covets more than the chicken itself, along with a rather tasty BBQ sauce and good coleslaw. Stay with the 1/4 or 1/2 chicken – it is the foundation of the place, and very good taste and value for money. The more elaborate you get, the more likely you will be disappointed. Their attempts to broaden the menu are… well… a bit less successful than the original concept.Skip dessert – it’s just not their thing, and you don’t need it after all those fries anyway.
