Worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. Lemon chicken was bland gelatin like no flavour, sweet and sour chicken bland gelatin like no flavour, soup tasted like unsalted unflavoured water. Noodles were flavourless glue stuck in one big lump.

3 mins to close. My wife and I had been drinking wine and could not drive to pick up food. We called Mun Hing at 857pm not realizing the closed at 9pm. She took my ordered and had our food delivered to our house. Fantastic customer service, Thx again
Not a good value for money. Apart from my New Year’s Eve order being around 1 hr late even though it was placed a day before. My order was incorrect, and when I called to let them know, they didn’t care, and we’re not willing to fix the problem. Furthermore I didn’t feel like we got a good value for money. The food was hot, I just wish they were willing to apologize for the error and try to correct it, rather then blame me. Since I called a day before, the lady who took my order should have repeated it to me. In the end we usually order once a month ($50 x12 months = $600/year and I think I might spend that money elsewhere. Good customer service seems to be a relic of days gone by and I’m not happy spending my money where the customer is not valued.
No food for me. Unfortunately I am unable to give a review based on their food as I never received my order! I placed my order 4.5 hours before I was to pick it up and less than 5 minutes before our pick up time we were called to say they were running at least 45 minutes behind. No apology was given at all…just asked if we wanted to cancel our order. I will not order from Mun Hing again and I strongly recommend that you don’t either.
Worst Chinese food I ever had. The hot and sour soup had the consistency of of a thick, lumpy sauce with chunks in it. The chicken shanghai noodles was missing the chicken and the noodles were dry and flavourless. The korean shrimp was just strange, but I’ve never had it before so I have nothing to compare it to. The portions were large and service quick. I won’t be returning as the food was awful.
Very good!. We have struggled to find a good chinese food restaurant in the Grimsby area. We are very glad to have found Mun Hung! We order there regularly on Friday evenings. Be prepared to have a wait though, sometimes up to two hours. Shows how good the food is though. We have ordered ahead of time in the past, but not sure if that is just for special holidays (New Years, long weekends) or if that is available everyday
