I placed an online order for some miso soup, sushi pizza, wontons and egg rolls. I picked it up and discovered that I didn’t receive the soup. They redeemed themselves fully though, because when I called they apologized and said they would make me one. I thought I had to pick it up, since it was a pick up order; but as I was on my way out the door they showed up with my soup and even gave me an extra bowl. I am SO impressed with how they handled the situation.

I would like to say that sushi eight is excellent. and that me and my fiance have been to just about every sushi joint in the niagara region. and every sushi place we’ve been to, each has had something great about them.but sushi eight is flawless. originally im from grimsby but now we live in st catharines.sushi eight is so good that every couple weeks we take a drive down to grimsby and enjoy our favorite sushi place. thanks for the great service and tastey food.
