First time dinning here and will also be my last, as well as my friends and families last time! The service was terrible (may I add there were only three tables filled in the whole place), none of the food we ordered looked like it was displayed on the menu, and we didn’t receive half the stuff we ordered. When we confronted the waitress about it she said that we didn’t order it ( I know I did!!!!) then she proceeded to go back to the counter and point and laugh with a colleague at my family for questioning her on it! They also did not mention there was just one flat fee of $25 per person and not an off the menu option. Least to say their food belonged in the garbage and the service was a generous 1/5, NEVER going there again!

The service was extremely slow and half of the food we ordered didn’t make it to our table. When we mentioned some of our food was missing to our (rude) waitress she fought us on it and said we hadn’t ordered it. She then proceeded to bring us the worst sushi I have ever had. More like all you can’t eat sushi!
Came here with my family and some friends yesterday. Had a good Server and whenever we needed something, she came right away and she was very nice. All you can eat Sushi isn’t too bad either. I’d come her again. I really enjoyed the Sashimi Salmon.
Way too slow, and poor organization. I went out for dinner with a friend from out of town before a movie. We gave ourselves an hour and a half for dinner, and thought this was enough time. We were wrong.Although we were seated quickly, and our order collected, it was over 20min before even the miso soup arrived. Our first sushi took over 45min to arrive, and the dishes trickled out at a snails pace. By the time we had to leave, not a single piece of sashimi we had order arrived, and only 3 out of 4 maki dishes were accounted for. An hour and a half for what amounted to less than one order of sushi and two bowls of miso. Needless to say we will not be returning, and I advise others from doing so unless they can stay for significantly longer.
I like bamboo sushi. Excellent food and service. I will come back with my friend!
Terrible service.. I’ve been here 3 times now and I don’t know why I keep coming back. It’s right around the corner so although convenient it takes forever to get anything, and every time it takes forever to get anything. Ridiculous. Better off to go to cherry blossom in Guelph. Or W. Those two are great
