While we were waiting to give our order our waitress could be seen eating around the corner We started with two beers and the sarawak. Let’s start with the beer. We got two Wellington beers. Our server poured them and then stirred them with a straw to create the head showing their taps are compromised. It should never have been served. While we waited for the appetizer ice cold bread came with hummus and a strawberry ice cream looking dip. We asked what it was. Potato and caviar. Have you ever seen red/pink caviar??The cheese came with no bread and was on the thick side. It was just OK For main courses I asked the server what to get. The gyro or the Souvlaki. She had no opinion but told me the gyro dinner with rice and potato was five dollars more but worth it. We ordered two gyro dinners. One in pita and one dinner. Biiiigggg mistake The gyro was prepackaged and presliced. Every piece looked the same. No Greek restaurant worth its name would serve this garbage. The two small pieces of hard potatoes complimented nicely the cold beyond over cooked rice No quality check was done but the server did fight with the filthy cook who came out a couple of times with kitchen staff to get beer to drink out backDon’t eat here. Don’t listen to other reviews. I would rather eat at food court Greek restaurants than this place any day.
I ordered the Greek salad and I was very disappointed with what I received. The lettuce was limp and far from fresh, and I only received 3 olives, 4 pieces of tomato, and a small amount of cucumber which was far from fresh in this salad. I was very unimpressed with my salad and I don’t plan to order from Cafe Greek Garden again. The only good things I can say are that the tomato and olive were fresh. The service was friendly which was nice though.
Smiles Extra. Great food, fair prices, decent atmosphere, and snooty service. Highly rated because it’s basically the only Greek place in town.
Actually impressed. Not very often to I actually think what I’m eating is really good, but when I got the Slovaki I was very impressed. fresh ingredients and well prepared. would go back for sure!
Never had better chicken souvlaki! Service was a tad slow given it wasnt a busy night but I would go again & it’s worth the wait.
Never again.. The meals here, served with over salted frozen vegetables, are not worth the cost, eating at this restaurant was a waste of time and money! Dull, dated, inauthentic, uninspired this restaurant needs help, and a visit from Gordon Ramsay, kitchen nightmares.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere, RUDE MANAGER. I will not ever eat here again. I am embarrassed that I spent money here at all because these people are so rude to their staff. The food was great! I had a pasta with sea food, I forget what it was called. I think that it had a bit of cinnamon in it which was a new a great addition to what I have had before. But the lady in charge was the reason that I will not be attending this restaurant again.
