Prices are too highIMO. Wait staff isn’t very pleasant. iPads were dirty and covered in greasy fingerprints and food ( ewww). Also, they mix up orders a lot, we didn’t receive some of the things we ordered and did receive things we didn’t order. Wasn’t too terrible for us but the table next to me one time had a terrible allergy and I overheard the woman yelling not to eat it because they had gotten something they didn’t order. This happens at least once every time we are there. That being said, we do go there a lot. It’s consistent sushi and other than the dirty iPads everything seems very clean. A very large menu and also great for non sushi eaters. There are lots of options. They also make you pay for what you don’t eat if you get the all you can eat so beware not to order too much.
Food was great! Lots of different things to order off of an ipad. There coconut ice cream is to die for!!!! The atmosphere was very nice as well.
Nice atmosphere. Modern restaurant. Staff are not very friendly. Each table has an iPad to order the food which is a novelty but it works. They offer a standard sushi/Japanese menu. The food is fresh but average. Overall, a good experience and a regular favourite in Guelph.
Will not be back . Felt rushed , poor service and pressured not to order too much ! Charged if you don’t eat everything , I get it but hardly nothing left . Friday night and not very busy , and still poor service .
Worst service. Did not receive any sushi after waiting for 30 minutes. Had to get up and leave. Restaurant was not even half full. Never going back. Dont waste your money. They care more about take out. So maybe go that route.
Awful experience. Food was awful. Sushi rice was warm, and the miso soup was cool. They didn’t bring us everything that we had ordered, and the wait staff were rude. Having eaten at great sushi restaurants around Canada and overseas, I can confidently say that this is THE WORST sushi restaurant I have ever been in. Overpriced and terrible food.
Was getting takeout on my way home I decided to drop in. Menu is extensive and the interior is exquisite. What I did bring home was delicious and will be back. Dynamite roll rocked my world.They have all you can eat, will have to try this with friends.
