Terrible, overpriced food. I’ve been by a few times when desperate for a bite and regret it every time. Terrible coffee. The pastries and food stuff on display (muffins, prepackaged sandwiches, yogurt parfaits) are old and VERY overpriced. The pastries in particular are always crumbly and gross. The hot food isn’t too great (small portions) and is quite overpriced. The servers (note, not the owners) seem very under prepared/unknowledgeable about their jobs. The owners are incredibly rude and pushy. Your money for a quick bite is better spent at the Pharma Plus (for snacks and drinks) or at Red Papaya. Honestly, avoid if you can.

Greedy owner, do not support. First of all, their coffee is nothing to write home about. Secondly, their owner comes across as exceptionally rude and greedy. They don’t take debit, and ‘conveniently’ have an ATM right by their cashier. You know, the kind that charges you to take out money (of which the owner gets a %). Their selection of sweeteners is terrible, and as a nutrition student at the U of G I can say healthier options are available (but too expensive for the owner to provide, no doubt). The most appalling was that I was in the mall for a medical appointment, and needed Wifi to check my email regarding the whereabouts and time of the appointment. The owner refused to allow me to simply check my email using the Wifi (a 2 minute task) and forced me to purchase something for this. I have NEVER been forced to buy anything to quickly use a Wifi hotspot anywhere (Tim Hortons, Starbucks, McDonalds, bars).I couldn’t help but notice he wasn’t just rude to patrons, he also treats his employee’s like garbage.I will not support this establishment. It’s a shame it’s the only option for coffee in the mall; I would rather walk through cold rain than support this business.Note: Coffee allstar who posted below is most likely the owner himself.
