Firehouse Subs is a fast casual restaurant chain founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida by former firefighter brothers Robin and Chris Sorensen. Firehouse Subs serves a variety of hot gourmet sub sandwiches made with premium meats and cheeses, steamed hot and piled high on a toasted sub roll, in addition to serving cold subs, salads, and catering. Firehouse Subs has opened over 1050 franchise restaurants across 44 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. The Guelph location at the corner of Clair & Gordon is the 11th location in Canada.
