Nope. Love Kelsey’s but not this location. Bad food and service is terrible. Been going to Kelsey’s for 35 years but this one is the worst. Can’t believe Kelsey’s home office puts up with this type of management.
Don’t eat at this location! Sat down in a Thursday night tonight and waited 20 minutes to be served. 4 waiters walked by our table and no one bother to ask if we had been served. We got up and left! Service stinks and we told the receptionist and all she said was sorry ! Doesn’t work for me! Will never eat in another Kelsey’s in my life! This is the Guelph location
Just Plain Bad. Service was ok but we’ve been three times and I have yet to receive a dish thats hot or even warm. It’s certainly annoying at that because we waited each time for over 45 minutes for our food and the last time an hour. I would never be back again and would never recommend it to anyone I knew. I think they’re cheating people out of their money and need to either change management or start from scratch because three strikes and you’re out.
Nachos and 16 medium wings. Well let me tell ya i love the nachos lots for the money. wings are excellent. I order wings at a pizza place and now my husband says they dont taste like kelseys. the staff at kelseys in the bar area are awesome and the manager always comes over to say hi. we go there for the wings and nachos i give this kelseys a A plus
Re: The service. The food wes excellent…but..but..the staff was more then excellent..Manager, staff …everyone had smiles, pleasent, cheerfull and very curtious. They all took their turns in asking how the food was, they talked to us….Excellent service…Well deffinitly be going back!!!!
Not worth the money. There are much better restaurants in town where you should spend your money. They don’t give you bread, which is something they should do given the prices. The balsalmic chicken was ok, but deceiving as it is made with a cream based sauce. Not a light option. Everything else is prefab junk. Don’t waste your money so they can pay off their franchise fees. You may as well go to the frozen food aisle.
